Last week I was talking about my plans for voting in the mid-term elections.

Oh baby.

Watching football yesterday, I saw some crazy ads. It's a good thing I've already sorted out who I'm going to be voting for so I can ignore them, but I bet there are a bunch of people who can't or won't.

The Congressional race here in District 20 is something I've been keeping a close eye on, probably out of morbid curiosity. John Sweeney's latest ad accuses Gillibrand of everything short of treason, and is kind of hilarious. The sad thing is, the dude will probably win.

In other news: Camping trip coming up at the end of the week at Fahnestock State Park. It's gonna be awesome.
