New documentation by Alexander Kirillov is located in the folder gaim-manual-1.0.
All other documentation should be considered deprecated effective immediately

Yeah, just kidding. We're on hiatus until the Core/UI split, I think. Any docs on this site should be taken with a pound of salt.
