Tonight I refreshed my soldering skills with some junk resistors and a $1.99 PC board from Radio Shack.
It was strangely satisfying to (a) realize I hadn't lost the knack (apologies to M0HBR) and (b) create not too shoddy joints!
Some were better than others, but for the most part they were all serviceable!
This is all preparation for building my Pixie II later this month(?). Don't want to hose up my 'good' parts.
